After an interview process over the past month, culminating in formal interview last week, Rev Grant Maclaughlan has been invited and accepted, after a unanimous vote of the nominating committee, to preach here as sole nominee.
Grant was born in Dundee, attended Menzieshill High School and most recently has been part time locum minister at Errol l/w Kilspindie and Rait Parish Churches. He is also a sessional workplace chaplain for Perth City. Prior to this, Grant has been a parish minister for Perth Riverside and Newhaven Edinburgh.
We are awaiting confirmation of the date that he will preach.
