Christmas Card & Gospel Message for the Parish 2008
Each year we try to cover each home (almost 4000) in our Parish with an invitation card to the Christmas services, and also give the opportunity for people to read about the true meaning of Christmas, by enclosing with the card a relevant Gospel message.
Ideally we need about 50 people to help with this distribution. For each distributor, a map of a defined area is available together with guidance to find the homes.
If you are available and willing, please see Jim Macdonald after the service today or telephone him.
Also on Sunday 30th November, help is needed to make up the folders with the cards / tracts for each of the areas.
A huge THANK YOU to all who helped with the Blythswood Shoebox Appeal.
The “depot” has sent away 1000 shoe boxes, including about 75 of our own.
Volunteers required for STARTER PACKS Please speak to Helen Holmes.
